2. Professional Scope Of Services

WebsApp Solutions provides high-performance IT architectures, including Managed Cloud Hosting, Custom Software Engineering, and AI-Powered Web Applications. All project roadmaps are subject to specific technical briefs and SLA protocols authorized during the initialization phase.

3. Intellectual Property Protocol

All proprietary logic, visual interfaces, and architectural frameworks provisioned by WebsApp Solutions remain our intellectual property until full project settlement. Upon completion and final payment, ownership of the custom digital node is transferred to the client, while core infrastructure frameworks remain under WebsApp's management.

4. User Conduct & Security Node

Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing our infrastructure for unauthorized data mining, reverse engineering of AI nodes, or deploying malicious logic. Any breach of this protocol will result in immediate termination of the service node without refund.

5. Limitation Of Technical Liability

WebsApp Solutions strives for 99.9% operational uptime. However, we are not liable for disruptions caused by global backbone failures, unauthorized third-party intrusions, or logical errors resulting from user-side credential mismanagement.

6. Jurisdictional Authorization

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal pulse or dispute resolution shall be authorized exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
