At WebsApp Solutions, our commitment is to provide clear and transparent policies, ensuring a professional experience for every digital handshake.
1. The 30-Day Cancellation Window
Clients maintain the right to cancel service orders within a 30-day evaluation window. This period commences from the date of initial project authorization or service purchase.
2. Validity Conditions For Refund
To authorize a refund protocol, the following logic must apply:
- The purchase node must have been initialized within the last 30 natural days.
- For Website Design services, cancellation is authorized if the development roadmap remains incomplete after 30 days due to architectural delays on our end.
3. Non-Refundable Infrastructure Nodes
Certain strategic allocations are non-cancellable once the technical handshake is complete:
- Bespoke Hosting Modules: Custom-tailored packages or those authorized for a one-year fixed term.
- Domain Node Registrations: Once a domain is provisioned via the global TLD registry, it is non-refundable.
4. Settlement Process
Approved refunds are processed within 31 natural days of valid cancellation. Credits will be returned to the original payment interface node (Credit Card, Bank, or Smart Wallet) without additional transaction levies.
5. Lifecycle Renewal Protocol
Following the initial free period, a standardized annual renewal of ₹5,000 applies. This ensures continued high-performance node status, SSL synchronization, and critical security patches.
